Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document and all related krim4d policies:

• "krim4d" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" / "our" — refers to the krim4d online betting and gaming platform, accessible at krim4d.cam, and its associated operators, subsidiaries, and licensed service partners.
• "Player" / "User" / "Member" / "you" / "your" — refers to any individual who registers an account on krim4d, accesses the platform, or uses any of the services offered thereon.
• "Account" — the unique registered profile created by a Player on the krim4d platform, associated with a single verified identity.
• "Wallet" / "Account Balance" — the real-money funds held within a Player's krim4d account, denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp).
• "Bonus Funds" — promotional credits awarded to a Player subject to specific wagering requirements as set out in applicable promotion terms.
• "Wagering Requirement" / "Rollover" — the total wagering volume a Player must complete before Bonus Funds or bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer; the identity and age verification process mandatory for all krim4d members prior to withdrawal processing.
• "Services" — all products, features, games, markets, betting lines, promotions, and customer support facilities made available through the krim4d platform.
• "Togel" — togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), offered on the krim4d platform as a licensed gaming product.
• "Force Majeure" — any event beyond krim4d's reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, civil unrest, regulatory action, telecommunications failure, or pandemic.

Access to and use of the krim4d platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at all times:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account on krim4d. We strictly prohibit access by minors. Age verification is conducted during the KYC process, and accounts found to belong to individuals under 21 will be permanently suspended and all associated funds may be forfeited.
• Residency: krim4d's Services are directed primarily at residents of Indonesia. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are a resident of a jurisdiction in which accessing online betting and gaming platforms is not explicitly prohibited by applicable local law applicable to you personally.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You must not be subject to any court order or legal restriction that would prevent you from entering into contracts.
• Single Account: Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active krim4d account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate permanent suspension.
• Self-Exclusion Status: You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion arrangement, whether on krim4d or through any other gambling platform self-exclusion programme.
• Not an Employee or Associate: Employees, directors, officers, agents, contractors, and immediate family members of krim4d and its affiliated operators are not eligible to hold a Player account or participate in any promotional offer.

To access the full range of krim4d Services, including placing wagers and processing withdrawals, you must register a verified account. The following conditions apply to the account registration process:

• Accurate Information: You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information at the point of registration, including your full legal name (as it appears on your Indonesian National Identity Card — KTP), date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, and primary bank account details.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password). krim4d strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for additional security. You must notify krim4d support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• One Account per Person: Each individual may hold only one registered account on krim4d. Duplicate accounts — regardless of whether they are created intentionally or in error — are subject to immediate closure. Balances held in duplicate accounts may be permanently forfeited.
• Account Transferability: Accounts are strictly non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, gift, lend, or otherwise transfer access to your krim4d account to any third party.
• Username Standards: Usernames must not contain offensive, discriminatory, or defamatory language. krim4d reserves the right to require a username change at its sole discretion.

krim4d reserves the right to reject any account registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide reasons for the rejection.

Identity verification — commonly referred to as KYC (Know Your Customer) — is mandatory for all krim4d members. Withdrawals will not be processed until a member's account is fully verified. The KYC process requires the submission of the following documents:

• A clear, legible photograph or scan of your Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), front and back.
• A selfie photograph of you holding your KTP adjacent to your face, taken in good lighting. The KTP number and your face must both be clearly visible.
• Proof of your current address, such as a utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence issued within the previous three (3) calendar months.
• A photograph or screenshot of your active bank account statement or passbook cover confirming the account holder's name matches your registered krim4d identity (accepted banks include BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI, and Bank Permata).

Additional documentation may be requested at krim4d's discretion for enhanced due diligence purposes, including but not limited to source-of-funds declarations for high-value deposits or withdrawals.

KYC review is typically completed within one (1) to twenty-four (24) hours of a complete document submission. In complex cases, the review period may extend to seventy-two (72) hours. Incomplete or illegible submissions will be returned with a request for resubmission.

The following terms govern the deposit of funds into a krim4d account:

• Accepted Methods: krim4d currently accepts deposits via the following payment channels: bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI, Bank Permata), and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). The availability of specific payment methods may change without prior notice.
• Currency: All deposits must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). krim4d does not currently accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion costs are the sole responsibility of the depositing Player.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000 (ten thousand Indonesian Rupiah) per transaction, subject to change based on the selected payment method. Specific minimum deposit thresholds for each payment method are displayed on the deposit page within your account.
• Processing Time: Bank transfer deposits are typically credited to your krim4d wallet within five (5) to fifteen (15) minutes of bank confirmation during normal banking hours. E-wallet deposits are generally credited instantaneously. Delays may occur during Indonesian public holidays, Idul Fitri, or periods of high platform traffic.
• Own Funds Only: You may only deposit funds that belong to you legally and personally. Deposits made using payment instruments belonging to third parties are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and investigation.
• Failed Deposits: In the event of a failed or reversed deposit, krim4d will investigate and return funds to the originating payment method within a commercially reasonable time. krim4d is not liable for any fees charged by your bank or e-wallet provider in connection with a failed transaction.

The following terms govern the withdrawal of funds from a krim4d account:

• KYC Requirement: Withdrawals will only be processed from fully KYC-verified accounts. Unverified accounts may deposit and wager but cannot withdraw until verification is completed successfully.
• Bank Account Matching: Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account registered in the same name as your krim4d account. krim4d does not process withdrawals to third-party bank accounts, e-wallets registered under a different name, or payment methods not associated with the verified account holder.
• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000 (fifty thousand Indonesian Rupiah) per request. Maximum daily withdrawal limits vary by VIP tier and are displayed within your account dashboard.
• Processing Time: Standard withdrawal requests are processed within thirty (30) minutes to four (4) hours during normal operating hours (WIB 08:00–22:00). VIP-tier members benefit from accelerated processing. Withdrawals requested outside standard hours will be processed on the next business day or during the following WIB operating window.
• Withdrawal Verification: krim4d may request additional verification for withdrawal requests exceeding Rp 50.000.000 per transaction. This includes enhanced KYC documentation and source-of-funds declarations.
• Wagering Completion: Withdrawal requests submitted while active wagering requirements (associated with bonus funds) remain unfulfilled will be declined until the wagering requirement is met, or the Player elects to forfeit associated bonus funds.
• Right of Review: krim4d reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal pending investigation if there is reasonable suspicion of fr audulent activity, bonus abuse, multi-accounting, or breach of these Terms & Conditions.

krim4d offers a range of promotional incentives to both new and existing members. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific conditions published alongside individual offers:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated clearly in the promotion's specific terms. Unless otherwise stated, the standard wagering requirement for welcome bonuses is 10x (ten times) the combined deposit and bonus amount.
• One Bonus per Household: Promotional offers are limited to one per individual, household, IP address, device, and payment method. Attempts to claim the same promotion multiple times — through duplicate accounts or shared devices — constitute bonus abuse and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of associated funds.
• Eligible Games: Not all games on the krim4d platform contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games from certified providers (Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Pocket Games Soft, Spribe) typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements. Live casino and table games may contribute at a reduced rate (typically 10%–20%). Togel bets and bandar bola (football bookmaker) markets may contribute at a rate specified in the applicable promotion terms.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements must be completed within the period specified in the promotion terms. Failure to complete wagering requirements within the validity period will result in automatic forfeiture of bonus funds and any associated winnings.
• Withdrawal Prior to Completion: If you request a withdrawal before completing your wagering requirement, krim4d will deduct the outstanding bonus funds and any bonus-derived winnings from your withdrawal amount before processing.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus Play: While an active wagering requirement is in effect on your account, the maximum permitted bet per round is Rp 200.000 (two hundred thousand Indonesian Rupiah), unless the promotion's specific terms state otherwise. Bets exceeding this threshold may be voided at krim4d's discretion.
• krim4d's Discretion: krim4d reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn mid-cycle, any wagering already completed in good faith will be honored on a pro-rata basis.

The following general betting rules apply across all wagering products available on the krim4d platform. Product-specific rules (applicable to sports betting, live casino, togel, sabung ayam live streams, and e-sports markets) are published in the individual game or market help sections within your account.

• Bet Acceptance: All bets placed on krim4d are accepted at the odds or payout rates displayed at the moment of placement. krim4d reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market and per bet type. Current limits are displayed on the relevant market or game page. krim4d may adjust individual account stake limits based on betting history, account status, or risk management considerations.
• Obvious Errors: In the event of a clear pricing or payout error (including but not limited to technically incorrect odds, duplicate market listings, or system malfunctions), krim4d reserves the right to void any affected bets and return stakes to the relevant Players' wallets. This right applies regardless of whether the bet has already been settled.
• In-Play Betting: Live in-play betting markets are offered on selected sports and e-sports events. Bets placed after the outcome of an in-play event has been determined — due to connectivity delays or platform latency — may be voided at krim4d's discretion. krim4d does not accept any liability for such outcomes.
• Mix Parlay: Mix parlay (combination accumulator) bets are subject to their own specific terms, including minimum selection requirements and settlement procedures. A single voided selection in a mix parlay results in the bet being recalculated as if that selection were not included; it does not void the entire parlay unless the remaining selections fall below the minimum requirement.
• Event Postponement and Cancellation: If a sporting event is postponed, abandoned, or cancelled before the relevant market's settlement criteria are met, affected bets will typically be voided and stakes returned. Product-specific rules govern exact settlement procedures in such circumstances.
• Result Finality: Settled markets are considered final once krim4d confirms settlement, unless a subsequent official correction to the result is received from the governing body within forty-eight (48) hours of original settlement. krim4d is under no obligation to accept unofficial or anecdotal result corrections.

krim4d is committed to promoting safe and responsible gaming practices across all of its products and services. The following responsible gaming provisions are incorporated into these Terms & Conditions as binding obligations of the platform:

• Age Verification: krim4d enforces a strict minimum age of 21 years. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be suspended immediately, all funds may be forfeited, and the matter may be reported to appropriate authorities.
• Self-Exclusion: Any member may request a self-exclusion from the krim4d platform at any time. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately upon confirmation by our support team and may be set for a minimum period of thirty (30) days up to permanent exclusion. During an active self-exclusion period, the affected account cannot be reinstated under any circumstances until the exclusion period has expired and a formal reactivation request has been reviewed.
• Deposit and Loss Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits and loss limits on their accounts. Requests to reduce limits take effect immediately. Requests to increase limits are subject to a mandatory forty-eight (48) hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Reality Checks and Session Timers: Members may activate session time reminders and reality-check notifications within their account settings. These tools provide regular prompts regarding session duration and net wagering position.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the krim4d platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account on krim4d, whether under your own identity or any other identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or the KYC process.
• Using payment instruments (bank accounts, e-wallets) that do not belong to you or are registered under a different identity.
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: chip dumping, reverse bonus hunting, coordinated wagering to artificially fulfill rollover requirements, or exploiting promotional loopholes.
• Using automated betting systems, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the krim4d platform without express written authorization.
• Attempting to exploit software vulnerabilities, engage in distributed denial-of-service attacks, reverse-engineer platform software, or otherwise interfere with the technical operation of krim4d.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players in live casino or poker formats to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the platform to launder funds, facilitate illegal financial transactions, or circumvent any applicable anti-money laundering (AML) legislation.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing krim4d staff or other members through any communication channel.
• Sharing account access credentials with third parties or allowing third parties to place wagers on your behalf.

All content available on the krim4d platform — including but not limited to the krim4d brand name, logo, website design, software, graphics, text, audio, video, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of krim4d or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable international intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the krim4d platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any krim4d content without express written permission.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any krim4d content.
• Use krim4d's brand name, logo, or trademarks in any context outside of fair reference to the platform.
• Scrape, index, or systematically extract data from the krim4d platform for any purpose.

Any unauthorized use of krim4d intellectual property will be subject to legal action. All rights not expressly granted under these Terms & Conditions are reserved by krim4d.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, krim4d's liability to you in connection with your use of the platform and Services is subject to the following limitations:

• krim4d provides its Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranty — express or implied — regarding uninterrupted availability, freedom from technical errors, or fitness for any particular purpose.
• krim4d shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or loss of goodwill.
• krim4d's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to krim4d in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• krim4d shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from a Force Majeure event, including disruptions to Indonesian banking infrastructure, government regulatory action, or telecommunications outages.
• krim4d is not responsible for the actions or omissions of third-party payment processors, game studios, or data providers, except to the extent that such third parties are acting as direct agents of krim4d.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude krim4d's liability for fraud, gross negligence, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by applicable law.

krim4d reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion. Circumstances that may give rise to account action include, but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or multi-accounting.
• Failure to satisfactorily complete KYC verification within a reasonable period of request.
• An account being associated with a self-excluded individual.
• Inactivity: accounts with no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months are considered dormant. krim4d will provide advance email notice before applying a monthly dormancy administration fee of Rp 20.000 to dormant account balances. Balances that reach zero through dormancy fees will result in account closure.
• Regulatory instruction or legal obligation requiring account restriction or closure.

Where an account is closed for reasons other than fraud or Terms & Conditions breach, any remaining verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the account holder's verified payment method within ten (10) business days of account closure confirmation.

Where an account is closed due to confirmed Terms & Conditions breach, fraud, or AML concerns, krim4d reserves the right to withhold all or part of the remaining balance pending the outcome of any investigation or legal proceedings.

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which krim4d's operating entity is incorporated and licensed.

krim4d is an internationally licensed and regulated online gaming platform. While our primary target market is Indonesia, krim4d acknowledges that the legal status of online gambling varies across Indonesian jurisdictions and individual circumstances. It is the sole responsibility of each Player to determine whether accessing the krim4d platform is lawful in their specific location and personal circumstances before registering or placing any wager.

By using the krim4d platform, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or arbitration panels designated by krim4d's licensing authority for the resolution of any disputes that cannot be resolved through krim4d's internal dispute resolution process.

Dispute Resolution Process: Before initiating any formal legal or arbitration proceedings, Players are required to submit a formal written complaint to krim4d's support team at [email protected]. krim4d commits to acknowledging all formal complaints within forty-eight (48) hours and providing a substantive response within fourteen (14) calendar days of receipt.

krim4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, krim4d will provide reasonable prior notice to registered members via email and/or an in-platform notification displayed upon login.

The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the krim4d platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any amended terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.
